Two double rooms are situated on the first floor of the house with a shared bathroom. Both double bedrooms overlook the rear garden and the River Tech. (Please note that we are happy to accept a booking of one room only and that you would have the sole use of the bathroom). There is a further twin room on the second floor. All the accommodation is "no smoking"

We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets
